Cancellation by Client:

• 30 days before departure: 25% of trip cost is non-refundable.
• 15–30 days before: 50% of trip cost is non-refundable.
• <15 days before: 100% of trip cost is non-refundable.

Special Case – Preplanned All-Women Trips:

• Booking deposit is non-refundable.
• Deposit can be converted into a credit note, valid for 365 days.

Special Case – Personalized Trips:

• Fully refundable within 24 hours of booking.
• Post 24 hours, only recoverable amounts (excluding flights/hotels/non-refundable services) will be refunded.

Cancellation by Her Solo Travel:

• Full refund of all payments made.
• We are not liable for non-refundable flights or visa costs.

Force Majeure:

• In case of natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest, we offer credit notes or alternative travel arrangements where possible.
