By booking a trip with Her Solo Travel, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
A booking is confirmed only upon receiving a non-refundable 25% deposit.
Full payment must be completed:
30 days prior for domestic trips.
40 days prior for international trips.
Bookings made within the payment period require full upfront payment.
Prices include accommodations, transport, and meals as per the itinerary.
Prices exclude personal expenses, travel insurance, and visa fees.
Prices may change due to taxes, fuel, or currency fluctuations.
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary for safety or operational reasons.
Client-requested changes will be accommodated when possible, with additional costs borne by the client.
Mandatory for international trips.
Highly recommended for domestic trips.
Clients must be medically fit for travel.
Respectful conduct is expected. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
Photos/videos from trips may be used for promotional purposes unless a written objection is submitted prior to departure.
We are not liable for loss, injury, or delays caused during the trip.
We act as intermediaries and are not responsible for third-party service failures.
These terms are governed by Indian law.
Disputes are subject to Dehradun court jurisdiction.
